EVANS KINGSBURY LLP represents clients in civil appeals, writs, post-trial and post-arbitration proceedings, and in family law matters, with offices located in the Northern California wine country. Our partners are admitted to practice in all of the courts of the State of California, as well as the federal district courts for the Northern District and Eastern District of California, the U.S. Tax Court, the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

NOREEN EVANS is one of three certified appellate specialists in the North Bay. She has decades of experience writing the law and working with members of the judiciary as a State Senator, State Assemblymember, and local city councilmember. Evans has been practicing law as a civil litigator and appellate lawyer since 1982 in a wide variety of civil matters, including environmental law, insurance coverage, and contract disputes. In her spare time, Evans is an avid hiker and dedicated adopter of traumatized rescue dogs. She is the mother of three grown children and grandmother of two.

DEIRDRE KINGSBURY handles civil appeals, civil litigation, and family law. Kingsbury is an experienced family law attorney and brings a unique and compassionate approach to litigation, appeals, and family law matters. Kingsbury has been a litigator since 1986. Kingsbury was born and raised in Sonoma County and is the mother of six grown children.
